<br />2 <br /> <br />were 15 applicants for the various board vacancies and that Council had a collaborative <br />discussion following the interviews held at Special Work Sessions He advised that he found it <br />striking that following the collaborative discussion, three councilmembers withdrew their <br />support from a candidate that he believed they were all in agreement to appoint and then voted <br />to appoint a member that was not discussed for appointment. Councilmember Lyden advised <br />that he has concerns that there had been a violation of Open Meeting Law due to possible serial <br />meetings being conducted. He thanked Councilmember Cavegn for his honesty and integrity. <br />i. Motion to: Approve Consent Agenda Items 1A – 1G. <br /> <br />Following the Consent Agenda, Mayor Rafferty passed out a booklet with a 2014 staff report and <br />fire analysis. He asked that Council consider a motion to add a discussion of the analysis to the <br />next Work Session agenda. <br />i. Motion to: Add discussion of 2014 Fire Analysis to the next Work Session agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Rafferty reviewed the Community Calendar as presented on the Agenda.
