<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />THIS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (the “Certificate”) hereby certifies <br />that the CITY OF LINO LAKES, a Minnesota Municipal corporation (“City”), and DRF <br />LINO EYE BUILDING LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Developer”), <br />acknowledge and agree: (i) all obligations of Developer set forth in the Site Improvement <br />Performance Agreement, dated February 10, 2022, recorded February 16, 2022, as <br />Document No. 2356305.003 with the Anoka County Property Records and Taxation <br />Property Tax Administrator and Recorder (“Agreement”), regarding certain real property <br />located at 2380 Rosemary Way, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as legally described on Exhibit <br />A, have been satisfied and accepted by the City, and (ii) the Agreement shall terminate <br />as of the date of this Certificate and the Agreement shall be of no further force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed and issued this <br />Certificate as of the _____ day of March, 2024. <br /> <br />[Signature Pages to Follow] <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />98
