CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-19 <br /> <br />APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR DRF LINO EYE BUILDING <br />PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On January 10, 2022 the City entered into a site performance agreement <br />with DRF Lino Eye Building for the Associated Eye Care project ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section XV of the site performance agreement states that upon acceptance <br />of the Developer Improvements the City and Developer will enter into a Certificate of <br />Completion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The project has been accepted by the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Certificate of Completion for DRF Lino Eye Building project and the Mayor and <br />City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />97
