(c) Micro units that connect to utilities such as water, sewer, gas, or electric, must obtain any permits​ <br />or inspections required by the municipality or utility company for that connection.​ <br />(d) Micro units must comply with municipal setback requirements established by ordinance for​ <br />manufactured homes.
