CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-40 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING JANSEN ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br /> WHEREAS, on March 5, 2024, the City received a land use application for Jansen <br /> Addition final plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the proposed Development based on the <br /> following plans and information: <br /> • Certificate of Survey and Resource Inventory Map prepared by EG Rud &Sons, Inc. <br /> dated February 14, 2024 <br /> • Landscape Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering dated February 27, 2024 <br /> • Preliminary Plat prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated February 14, 2024 <br /> • Tree Inventory/Removals prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated February 14, 2024 <br /> • Civil Plan Set prepared by Plowe Engineering dated February 29, 2024 <br /> • Soil Boring Data prepared by ITCO Allied Engineering Company dated December 18, <br /> 2023 <br /> • Site Drainage Narrative and Calculations prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated <br /> February 29, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the preliminary plat with Resolution No. 24-11 on <br /> February 12, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning& Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br /> Development on April 10, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br /> performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br /> conditions listed below. <br /> 2. The City Attorney reviewed the status of title/property ownership related to the final <br /> plat. <br /> 3. A Development Agreement has been drafted and shall be executed. <br /> 4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or secured by <br /> the Development Agreement. <br /> 1 <br />
