The proposed net density of 1.85 units per acre is consistent <br />with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Zoning Requirements <br />The lot is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. Lots 1 and 2 are being created <br />for the purpose of constructing two (2) single family houses. The front lot line for <br />both lots will be off of Linda Avenue.
