The City of Centerville will not require the existing house to connect at <br />this time. <br /> <br />Public Land Dedication <br /> <br />Public land dedication or cash in lieu of land dedication will not be required for <br />the lot line adjustment. No new lots are being created. <br /> <br />Screening, Landscaping, Buffer Yards and Tree Preservation <br /> <br />Screening, landscaping, buffer yards and tree preservation is not required for the <br />lot line adjustment. No new lots are being created. <br /> <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) <br /> <br />An Environmental Assessment Worksheet is not mandated for a lot line <br />adjustment between two (2) existing houses. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />A wetland delineation report is not required for the lot line adjustment. Potential <br />onsite wetlands near the shoreline are covered by a drainage and utility <br />easement. There are no wetland impacts. <br /> <br />FEMA Floodplain <br /> <br />FEMA floodplain exists on site near the shoreline and is covered by a drainage <br />and utility easement.
