This item <br />was discussed at the April 10, 2024 meeting. The board indicated that a review of <br />areas throughout the City should be undertaken, focusing on industrial locations. <br /> <br />Staff has prepared a map of main roadway corridors throughout the City focusing on <br />functional classification of principal or arterial roadways. These are typically the highest <br />volume roadways within the City. For purposes of discussion the following proposed <br />2040 land uses where included:
