Especially industrial zoned areas that have a high visibility.
Mr. Grochala suggested at the next meeting that they map out those areas and
discuss what the next steps would be with some maps and photos.
B.Project Updates
Staff provided an update on projects.
Mr. Wipperfurth suggested a discussion item at the next meeting about the
religious communities and zoning text amendments to discuss the screening and
setbacks.
Chair Root agreed but added that the Board should discuss what the standards
already are.
Mr. Wipperfurth moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Ms.
Guthmueller. The meeting was adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Dana Rozan – Office Specialist
