The City Council finds that the zoning ordinance text amendment protects the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the residents of the community. �e�ti�� . A��e��dn�ent. The Lino Lakes City Code Chapter 1007 is hereby amended as follows: City Code Section 1007.043(2): (c) Multiple -Family Dwelling Construction Standards. All multiple -family dwellings shall comply with the following requirements: 1.
