For the purpose of this section, primary materials <br />shall be divided into class 1, class 2, and class 3 categories as follows: <br />Brick <br />Glass, or other glazing <br />materials <br />Natural or cultured stone <br />Arch itectu ra I ly textu red <br />concrete precast or poured in <br />Precast concrete panels with <br />at least two architectural <br />reveals per panel <br />Specialty concrete block <br />including textured, burnished <br />block or rock faced block <br />Ceramic Tile (masonry, stone <br />or clay), <br />Architectural metal cladding <br />Exterior Insulation and <br />Finish Systems (EIFS) <br />Fiber Cement Exterior Siding <br />Glass Block <br />Masonry Stucco <br />Other materials not listed that are of equal quality to materialsspecificclass may be <br />approved for use by the Community Development Director. <br />4. Buildings shall incorporate classes of primary material in the following manner: <br />a. Commercial, public, educational and religious buildings. At least 50% of a] each <br />exterior wall #+��� shall be composed of at least three class 1 materials. Class 3 materials shall <br />not comprise more than 25% of each exterior wall fi-n-i-s�e-s. <br />
