8 <br /> <br />The proposed Drilling Estates lot line adjustment between two (2) existing single family <br />detached dwellings protects the natural surface by dedicating a drainage and utility easement <br />over the floodplain near the shoreline. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan <br /> <br />The goal of the sanitary sewer plan is to maintain the city’s residents and businesses with an <br />affordable and safe sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />Both houses are connected to the City of Centerville municipal sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />Water Supply Plan <br /> <br />A goal of the water supply plan is to provide residents and businesses with affordable potable <br />water that is safe and of high quality for daily consumption and fire demand. <br /> <br />7193 Mound Trail is connected to the City of Centerville municipal water system. <br /> <br />7185 Mound Trail is not connected the City of Centerville municipal water system. The City of <br />Centerville will not require the existing house to connect at this time. <br /> <br />Parks, Greenways and Trails <br /> <br />A goal and policy of the parks, greenways and trails plan is to continue to development and <br />fund recreational activities in the City. The proposed Drilling Estates lot line adjustment <br />between two (2) existing single family detached dwellings does not negatively impact the City’s <br />parks, greenways and trails plan. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />Resolution No. 24-59 details the findings of fact for the Drilling Estates preliminary plat. <br />Resolution No. 24-60 details the findings of fact for the Drilling Estates final plat. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff and Planning & Zoning Board recommend approval of the Drilling Estates preliminary plat <br />and final plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
