CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-86 <br />APPROVING MASSAGE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for massage licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one (1) <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 of the following year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of massage licenses; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the submitted renewal applications and verified that <br />local licensing requirements have been met; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the requisite <br />background investigations for license renewals; and, <br />WHEREAS, the following applicant has applied for renewal of an enterprise license: <br />Name of Business D.B.A. <br />Hair & Makeup by Loreen Blue Heron <br />WHEREAS, the following applicant has applied for renewal of a therapist license: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City hereby approves renewal of the above-listed massage licenses for the period of July 1, 2024 <br />through June 30, 2025. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of June, 2024. <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Name of Massage Therapist Doing Business At <br />Melody Nelson Blue Heron Salon <br />48 of 99
