Ordinance No. 08-24, Vacating Drainage & Utility Easement, 6590 12th Avenue <br />City Engineer Diane Hankee requested Council consideration of Ordinance 08-24 to <br />vacate a drainage and utility easement at 6590 12th Avenue (Water Treatment Plant). <br />She stated that with the Water Treatment Plant project, the sanitary sewer and <br />watermain will be routed, and the building will be constructed in the center of the site. <br />There's no need for the easement anymore. <br />i. Public Hearing <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 7:50 PM. No comments were received. <br />b.
