CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-94 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO OPEN SPACE EASEMENT <br />FOR WATERMARK <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 <br />approving the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 13, 2024 the City Council passed Resolution No. 24-47 approving the <br />first amending to the open space easement for Watermark; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br />Easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Second Amendment to Open Space Easement clarifies and confirms the <br />open space easement areas cover the appropriate outlots. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Second Amendment to Open Space Easement between U.S. Home, LLC is approved and the <br />City of Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf <br />of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of July, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
