It was <br />discussed that creating sod farms isneither quick nor cheap, and it's unclear ifthe developer <br />knows what he's getting himself into. She identified three issues: the completion of the master <br />plan, the planning and creation ofa gateway at Main Street and Sunset,.and the extension of <br />the sanitary sewer northward from the Century Farms development into the unsorted portion <br />of District 2 at this time. <br />Brian Robinson] 310 Main Street discussed an article on February 2024 from the Quad Press, <br />which stated the city council plans tovisit aDell Web development. The article also mentions <br />that Pulte Dell Web would include approximately 500 homes with a central clubhouse. This <br />exclusive development would befor 55 and up. Stated that you cannot add a <br />moratorium toa Muslim project andcannotasktherntocneatea certain type ofprogram or <br />certain type of assignment you would not ask of others. Roughly 9096 of the projects that the <br />Muslim community has proposed have faced opposition. What is happening here has happened <br />before; it's islamophobia and discrimination, and it's against the law. <br />Ridwan Abdil 4101 Lovell Road., Circle Pines, discussed the warm welcome into his community <br />and was surprised tosee the tension and flyers opposing the project. BeUevesthereise <br />misunderstanding about the project, and this project isnotforone group. Islam isnot one <br />color; it is a religion for all colors.
