Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 05-24,, Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment - <br />Building Type and Construction <br />City Planner Katie Larsen presented to the Council the first reading of a proposed zoning <br />ordinance text amendment related to building type and construction. In January 2024, <br />424 Apollo Drive formally appealed staffs interpretation of the zoning code related to <br />building type and construction and exterior wall finished. Staff and the Planning & <br />Zoning Board recommended reclassifying Masonry Stucco from Class 2 to Class 3. Ordinance No. 06-24,, Vacating Drainage & Utility Easement, 202 Elm Street <br />City Engineer Diane Hankee requested Council consideration of Ordinance 06-24 to <br />vacate a drainage and utility easement at 202 Elm Street.
