CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-108 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, 2024 WOODS EDGE STREETSCAPE <br />REJUVENATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, quotes for the 2024 Woods Edge Streetscape Rejuvenation Project were <br />received as follows; and <br />Contractor <br />Base Bid <br />H & H Contractors <br />$33,154 <br />Frontier Concrete <br />$63,400 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that H & H Contractors is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to <br />proceed with the project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with H & H Contractors <br />in the amount of $33,154 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2024 <br />Woods Edge Streetscape Rejuvenation Project according to the plans and specifications approved <br />by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 121" day of August, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
