Our comments were made on the following documents: <br />•Watermark 8th Addition Plat prepared by Carlson McCain, received July 8, 2024. <br />•Watermark 8th Addition Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, Storm Sewer, and Street <br />Construction Plans prepared by Carlson McCain, dated June 26, 2024, received July 8, <br />2024. <br />•Watermark Grading Plans prepared by Carlson McCain, revised June 26, 2024, received <br />July 8, 2024. <br />The following review comments should be responded to in writing by the applicant. Additional <br />redline comments may also be found on the attached plans. <br />Engineering <br />•Grading <br />The Watermark 8th Addition is part of the Phase 3 grading. The Watermark 8th Addition <br />includes site grading for Lotus Lane, Traverse Drive, and Pepin Drive. <br />Comments: <br />1.See redline comments on attached plans. <br />•Stormwater Management <br />Stormwater management for the Watermark 8th Addition includes a storm sewer <br />conveyance system and rear yard drainage systems. <br />Comments: <br />1.A trash guard is needed at the inlet FES upstream of CBMH 654. <br />Attachment 1: City Engineer Memo dated August 7, 2024
