The <br />purpose of the moratorium is to allow for the completion of a master plan and Alternative <br />Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for the area. The moratorium is planned to go into effect on <br />August 15 and will last for one year. Staff is currently working on consultant selection to assist <br />with the planning process. <br />
