The concept <br />plan was reviewed by the City’s Advisory Boards and City Council. The applicant has now <br />submitted a revised concept plan based on public, staff, Board and Council comments <br />for additional review and comment. The development contains 2 parcels totaling <br />approximately 60 gross acres. It is located north of Natures Refuge and is called Natures <br />Refuge North.
