16 <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> <br />MnDOT reviewed the concept plan and had no comments. <br /> <br />Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br /> <br />MnDNR reviewed the concept plan and noted Shoreland PUD requirements apply <br />including but not limited to density, open space, and impervious surface coverage. <br /> <br />City of North Oaks <br /> <br />The City of North Oaks reviewed the concept plan and had no comments at this time. <br /> <br />White Bear Township <br /> <br />White Bear Township comments are provided in the attached email. <br /> <br />School District <br /> <br />White Bear Lake ISD#624 did not provide comments. <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety <br /> <br />Police Division had no comments. <br /> <br />Fire Division notes the need for hydrant locations near the multi-family and commercial <br />buildings. <br /> <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />City Engineer comments are provided in the attached memo. <br /> <br />Environmental Board <br /> <br />The Environmental Board will review the concept plan on September 25, 2024. <br /> <br />Park Board <br /> <br />The Park Board reviewed the concept plan on September 4, 2024 and recommended <br />100% cash dedication in lieu of land. The Park Board considered whether to <br />designate the cash dedication funds for a future park if/when the property to the <br />west develops, future park area C (north side of Ash Street, post 2040) or another <br />purpose. <br />
