CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-117 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 8TH ADDITION <br />OPEN SPACE EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving the <br />Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br />Easement; and <br />WHEREAS, this Open Space Easement covers the following outlot: <br />•Outlots A, Watermark 8th Addition; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />approves the Open Space Easement Agreement between U.S. Home, LLC and the City of Lino <br />Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of September 2024. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Attachment 5: Resolution No. 24-117
