City of Lino Lakes, MN <br />Proposal to Conduct an Operational Study of the Public Safety Department <br />Section 2 Scope of Work Page 13 <br /> (Optional) Conduct community satisfaction survey / public engagement <br />workshops. <br /> If desired by the City Project Team will work with the <br />Department to develop an online community satisfaction survey to assess <br />current level of satisfaction with public safety services, as <br />well as what changes to service levels/models that community stakeholders <br />would be willing to consider. Once the survey questions are developed, <br />social media sites and other public information channels. <br /> , Citygate can also conduct two public engagement <br />workshops either in person or via videoconference to gather input <br />regarding community perception of police services. Citygate would develop <br />the content for these forums and facilitate the sessions, coordinating with <br />the Department to schedule these meetings and invite participants. <br />Once the Department review, data analysis, interviews, and public forums are completed, Citygate <br />will build integrated findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies. These tasks will <br />assist with a detailed review of staffing to determine the optimal staffing model which <br />appropriately considers service delivery expectation, operational budgets, City Council and <br />community priorities, workloads, goals, and specific performance measures. <br />Meetings and Deliverables <br />Citygate anticipates multiple scheduled interviews with key stakeholders (both internal and <br />external) as part of our on-site visit and as determined by the Department and City. <br />Task 4: Conduct Mid-Project Review <br /> Conduct on-site Mid-Project Review with the Public Safety Director and/or others <br />as desired. <br /> After completing an in-depth Department review and data analysis, we will <br />conduct an on-site Mid-Project Review utilizing a Microsoft PowerPoint <br />presentation. The purpose of this review is to meet with the client to <br />describe our analysis, preliminary conclusions, and proposed <br />recommendations. This will also be an opportunity for the Department and <br />consultants to perform fact-checks and make any mid-course corrections <br />before our recommendations are finalized.
