The project <br />includes street reconstruction of the following roadways: <br />• Red Maple Lane and 62nd Street (east of West Shadow Lake Drive) (0.65 miles) <br />• Elbe Street, Danube Street, and 81st Street (0.45 miles) <br />Street reconstruction includes removing the existing roadway and sub cutting to reinstall <br />the City's standard road section. Reconstruction will also include a drainage system and <br />required ponding. There is not existing drainage or ponding systems in these <br />neighborhoods currently. <br />The project also includes storm system maintenance and an overlay of the following <br />roadways: <br />Diane Street and Evergreen Trail (1 mile) <br />The proposed overlay will include maintenance of the existing drainage systems. These <br />areas have existing ponding systems however it is anticipated that pond re- <br />establishment will be required for the outlet at the east end of Evergreen Trail. <br />Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br />a. Project Management <br />i. WSB will provide oversight of the project scope and budget. WSB will provide <br />effective administration of the project's schedule, cost, design and bidding. <br />b. Plan production, specifications and bidding documents <br />i. Surveyed topographic information will be used to prepare plan and profile <br />sheets for the streets. Base drawing information will also include GSOC <br />design locates, city parcel map information, and record plans. <br />ii.
