.- <br />AUAR ITEM <br />SCOPE• <br />• <br />14 <br />Fish, Wildlife, <br />Kimley-Horn will identify fish and wildlife resources and potential habitat <br />Plant <br />in relation to the cover types identified. Any potential impacts will be <br />Communities <br />addressed in this section. Kimley-Horn will complete a review of the <br />and Sensitive <br />Natural Heritage Information System database. Lighting and any other applicable <br />design features will be addressed in this section. Kimley-Horn will <br />coordinate with the Client and City to complete this section. <br />17 <br />Air <br />Based on the results of the traffic analysis, potential vehicle air <br />emissions will be reviewed and addressed in this section. An intersection <br />hot -spot analysis for air quality is not included in this scope and is not <br />anticipated to be included in the technical analysis. <br />18 <br />Greenhouse <br />Kimley-Horn will complete the GHG Emissions analysis tool developed <br />Gas Emissions <br />by EPA to determine the potential emissions for each scenario studied in <br />(GHG/Carbon <br />the AUAR. Kimley-Horn will coordinate with the City on any potential <br />Footprint) <br />mitigation considered to reduce emissions. <br />19 <br />Noise <br />Construction noise will not be addressed; however, construction noise <br />ordinances will be included in the mitigation plan. It is assumed that <br />existing traffic will be the primary noise source for the development. <br />20 <br />Transportation <br />The traffic analysis report will be summarized in this section. The traffic <br />scope is included as a separate task. <br />21 <br />Cumulative <br />Kimley-Horn will coordinate with the City to determine if any other <br />Potential <br />projects are anticipated to occur within the vicinity of the AUAR study <br />Effects <br />area. These projects will be identified in this section. <br />22 <br />Other Potential <br />Kimley-Horn will coordinate with the City to determine if any other <br />Environmental <br />potential environmental issues need to be addressed in the AUAR. <br />Effects <br />These may include emergency service stations, city maintenance, <br />utilities, sustainability of the proposed development, and/or pedestrian or <br />transit facilities. It is assumed this will be discussed with the City at the <br />Rev 07/2024 <br />
