Two (2) of the lots north of 77th Street are owned by the City of Lino Lakes <br />and was temporarily used for community gardens. Four (4) of the lots south of 77th <br />Street are commercially zoned lots that either had or currently have single family <br />dwellings. The developer will acquire and remove these dwellings. <br /> <br />Zoning and Land Use <br /> <br />The 2 lots north of 77th Street are zoned GB, General Business. The 4 lots to the south <br />are zoned NB, Neighborhood Business. These 4 lots will be rezoned to GB, General <br />Business. <br /> <br />The 5 acre site is guided commercial per the City’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Current Zoning GB, General Business <br />NB, Neighborhood Business <br />Existing Land Use Vacant Commercial
