10 <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Department-Police and Fire Divisions reviewed the proposed <br />commercial development and had no comments. <br /> <br />Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) <br /> <br />EDAC will review the application on October 10, 2024. <br /> <br />Environmental Board <br /> <br />The Environmental Board will review the development proposal at their October 30, <br />2024 meeting. <br /> <br />Agreements <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />The stormwater facilities will be privately maintained and a Declaration for Maintenance <br />of Stormwater Facilities will be required. <br /> <br />Development Agreement and Final Plat <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Land Use Application for final plat after preliminary plat <br />approval. A Development Agreement will then be prepared by the City as part of the final <br />plat application. <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreements will be required for construction of each <br />building. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Lino Retail 2.0 is consistent with the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan in <br />regards to land use, housing, economic development, transportation, local water <br />management plan, sanitary sewer, water supply and parks, greenway and trails. <br /> <br />Land Use Plan <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides this property for commercial use.
