Lot 1 with <br />the existing house will not be charged a park dedication fee. <br /> <br />Park Dedication Fees <br />Total # of Lots = 3 <br />x 2024 Park Dedication Fee $3,300 <br />= Total Due $9,900 <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Landscaping <br /> <br />Per the September 25, 2024 Environmental Board staff report: <br /> <br />The purpose of these standards is to protect valuable trees and stands of vegetation <br />while not interfering with landowners’ reasonable use and development of property. <br />The goal is to minimize unnecessary loss of habitat, biodiversity, and forest resources <br />and to replace removed trees in areas where tree cover is most critical. <br /> <br />A tree survey was performed that identified: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />19 trees were identified in the tree inventory, with 3 proposed for removal. 7 or the <br />remaining 16 are located off site along the western property line of lot 3. <br /> <br />The 16 trees planned for preservation must have Tree Protection Zones installed in <br />accordance with the City Tree Protection Fence Detail.
