I notice the plan does not show an intersection improvement at Centerville Road
and Ash Street (actually in Anoka County). The project PMT meetings have that improvement being
constructed also in 2026, but that would be an Anoka County decision to make, as it would be if any
of those improvements would have an effect on the proposed development.
Ben Hofschulte, Permitting: Any new accesses (to Ash Street or Centerville Road) need to be
permitted through Ramsey County.
Thank you,
Kevin
Kevin Roggenbuck
(he, him)
Senior Transportation Planner
Public Works I Economic Growth and Community Investment
Office:651-266-2790 Cell:612-518-0138
15 West Kellogg Blvd., Suite 210, St. Paul, MN 55102
E: ❑®
ramseycounty.us I Facebook I Twitter I Linkedln I e-Updates I Privacy notice
