City records show that the utilities to the existing house (Lot 3) are already <br />connected to the City system <br />• Show existing water service alignment <br />• Otherwise, show connecting the existing house (Lot 3) to the provided <br />water service stub with construction <br />Abandon/seal the existing well for Lot 3 per MDH requirements with <br />construction <br />i. Note the existing well may be left in place for non -potable irrigation <br />use if MDH setbacks can be met from the proposed utility services <br />2. Keep utility services for Lot 3 out of the low area HWL <br />• Sanitary Sewer <br />The proposed sanitary sewer will be supplied by three 11/" diameter Schedule 40 PVC low <br />pressure service pipes extended to the lots from Lois Lane. All lots will require E-One or <br />approved equal grinder pump stations to connect to the City system. <br />Comments: <br />City records show that the utilities to the existing house (Lot 3) are already <br />connected to the City system <br />• Verify whether a low pressure grinder station is currently connected to <br />the City system as shown on the existing conditions plan sheet <br />i. Show sanitary sewer alignment <br />ii. Clarify how the existing sanitary sewer manhole to be removed is <br />incorporated into the current system <br />• Show septic system for existing house (Lot 3) if present <br />i. Remove existing septic system per Anoka County requirements with <br />construction and show connecting to the provided sanitary sewer <br />stubs with construction <br />1.
