CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-128 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2025 <br />STREET REHABILATATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation <br />Project as follows: <br />Mill and Overlay (approximately 1.25 miles) <br />• Coyote Trl and Ct <br />• Fawn Ln (south of Birch), Beaver Trl, and Muskrat Run <br />• E. Shadow Lake Ct, White Birch Ct, and Red Birch Ct <br />WHEREAS, Linden Ln, Red Hawk Trl, Orange St, Eva St, Olive St, and Maple St will be <br />included as a bid alternates for budget purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications for said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project. <br />2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not <br />to exceed $79,400.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t" day of October, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
