Lino Lakes City Council <br />Closed Meeting <br />Minutes <br />DATE: October 7, 2024 <br />TIME STARTED: 8:43 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 9:07 P.M. <br />LOCATION: City Hall, Council Workroom <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty, Councilmembers Lyden, Stoesz, Cavegn, and Ruhland <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />Staff Attending: City Administrator Sarah Cotton, City Clerk Roberta Colotti, and Community <br />Development Director Michael Grochala. <br />1. Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 8:43 p.m. <br />2. Closed Meeting <br />Mayor Rafferty announced that the meeting would be closed in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) (3), to discuss an offer for proposed <br />land purchase. The meeting was recorded as required. <br />3. Land Purchase <br />The City Council discussed the proposed terms for the purchase of the property at 7473 <br />24th Avenue (Winter Property). <br />4.
