Two (2) of the lots north of 77t" Street are owned by the City of Lino Lakes and was <br />temporarily used for community gardens. Four (4) of the lots south of 77t" Street are <br />commercially zoned lots that either had or currently have single family dwellings. The developer <br />will acquire and remove these dwellings. <br />Zoning and Land Use <br />The 2 lots north of 771" Street are zoned GB, General Business. The 4 lots to the south are <br />zoned NB, Neighborhood Business.
