3 <br /> <br />Isabell Estates subdivided Lot 3, Block 1, Mar Don Acres into 4 single family residential <br />lots. <br />The following actions were approved by the City Council in 2014 regarding Isabell <br />Estates: <br /> <br />• Resolution No. 14-66 approving variances for lot depth, lot width and side <br />setback <br />• Resolution No. 14-67 approving the Preliminary Plat <br />• Resolution No. 14-114 approving the Final Plat <br /> <br />This plat is west of the proposed Spargur Estates. <br /> <br />Golden Acre <br /> <br />Golden Acre subdivided Lot 4, Block 1, Mar Don Acres into 4 single family residential <br />lots. The parcel was rezoned and variances were also approved allowing for 132 foot <br />deep lots, lot width reduction and side yard setback reduction due to required right of <br />way dedication and location of existing house on the lot. <br /> <br />The following actions were approved by City Council regarding Golden Acre: <br />• Resolution No. 06-181 for Variances and Preliminary Plat <br />• Ordinance No. 11-06 for Rezoning from R, Rural to R-1, Single Family <br />• Resolution No. 07-103 for Final Plat <br /> <br />This plat is immediately west of the proposed Spargur Estates. <br /> <br />Existing Site Conditions <br /> <br />The 1 acre site is a residential lot containing a single family detached dwelling and <br />attached garage. Other than trees and shrubs, there are no significant natural resources <br />on site.
