The applicant <br />proposed to subdivide the existing parcel located at 559 Lois Lane into four (4) single <br />family lots for the purpose of constructing three (3) new single family detached <br />dwellings. The preliminary plat did not meet density requirements. On October 9, <br />2024, the Planning & Zoning Board opened and motioned to continue the public hearing <br />to allow the applicant time to revise the plans.
