This does not include the construction, operation, test pumping, and lab <br />fees for the test well itself. <br />This letter represents our understanding of the project scope. All work under this letter proposal <br />will be governed by the Professional Services Agreement entered into between the City of Lino <br />Lakes and WSB on January 1, 2014.
