The narrowest lot boundary abutting a public street or street easement that <br />meets minimum lot width requirements. If none of the boundaries abutting a public street or <br />street easement meet minimum lot width requirements, then the lot frontage is the widest <br />boundary abutting a street. <br /> <br />LOT LINE, FRONT. The lot line separating a lot from the street right-of-way along the lot <br />frontage.
