(WSB 12/4/24) Create minimal drainage swale instead of basin draining from the 908.7 EOF to the 906.5 southeast corner. 2 Adjacent grading should be contained to drainage and utility easements (Plowe 11/15/24) Noted. No work anticipated to west as it appears that this EOF is already 908.7 or lower. (WSB 12/4/24) When creating a minimal swale from the EOF to the southeast corner there will be minimal fill on the adjacent property that should be contained within the existing 5’ drainage and utility easement 3 Grading on adjacent property must be coordinated and approved by the adjacent property owner (Plowe 11/15/24) Grading on east side of Spargur Estates has been adjusted so that no work on adjacent property is required.
