CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-159 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR HODGSON ROAD AND COUNTY <br />ROAD J ROUNDABOUT LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on May 13, 2024, the City Council passed resolution 24-51, awarding the contract <br />for the Hodgson Road and County Road J Roundabout Landscaping and Irrigation Project to <br />Dreamscapes Landscaping & Design in the amount of $38,144.31; and <br />WHEREAS, the cost for adding a maintenance surface resulted in Change Order No. 1 in the <br />amount of $5,162.66; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final) where the final <br />amount of the Hodgson Road and County Road J Roundabout Landscaping and Water Service <br />Project was $43,306.97; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. <br />2 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of $5,650.14 for the Hodgson Road and County <br />Road J Roundabout Landscaping and Irrigation Project to Dreamscapes Landscaping & Design. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91" day of December, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
