CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-162 <br />ESTABLISHING POLLING AND ABSENTEE VOTING LOCATIONS FOR THE <br />2025 ELECTION <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 204 B.16, subd. 1 requires the governing body of each <br />municipality to designate by ordinance or resolution polling places for each election precinct <br />each year no later than December 31st; and <br />WHEREAS, the polling places designated by resolution in December of each year are the <br />polling places to be used for elections in the following calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is to establish the responsible authority and location for absentee <br />voting for the 2025 election. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that the <br />following polling locations are designated for use in calendar year 2025: <br />• Precinct #1— <br />Lino Lakes Senior Center, 1189 Main Street <br />• Precinct #2 <br />— Lino Lakes Fire Station #1, 7741 Lake Drive <br />• Precinct #3 <br />— St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street <br />• Precinct #4 <br />- City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway <br />• Precinct #5 <br />— Rice Creek Covenant Church, 125 Ash Street <br />• Precinct #6 <br />— Lino Lakes Fire Station #2, 1710 Birch Street <br />• Precinct #7 <br />— Living Water Lutheran Church, 865 Birch Street <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Anoka County is designated as the responsible authority <br />for absentee voting with the Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 Third Avenue, <br />Anoka, MN 55303, designated as the mail and in -person absentee voting location for the City of <br />Lino Lakes in 2025. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91" day of December, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
