14 <br />4.The storage area is blacktopped, concrete surfaced, or class 5 gravel unless an <br />alternative wear-resistant material is determined by the City Engineer to be suitable to control <br />dust and drainage and is specifically approved by the City Council. <br />The storage area will be surfaced with bituminous pavement. <br />5.The storage area does not take up parking space or loading space as required for <br />conformity to this chapter and is not located in the front yard. <br />The plans shall be revised to remove proposed parking spaces within the outdoor storage area. <br />6.The property shall not abut I-35W or I-35E. <br />The property does not abut I-35W or I-35E. <br />7.All parking, loading and truck staging activities shall occur on site. No off-site user or personal storage shall be allowed.
