Additional Staff Comments: <br />1. A PUD Design Guidelines Booklet shall be drafted detailing the entire development's <br />regulations such as building and parking setbacks, architectural standards, building <br />heights, landscaping, signage, etc. <br />2. A Homeowner's Association (HOA) will own and maintain the outlots containing public <br />and private open space, private streets, storm ponds, landscaping, etc. <br />3. The City will maintain the public park, public street, trails, and stormwater ponds. <br />4. All plan sheets: <br />a. Show shoreland district boundary. <br />b. Revise Existing Zoning to R, Rural. <br />5. Aerial Photo Plan Sheet: <br />a. Re -title Aerial Photo Concept Exhibit. <br />b. Show proposed trails. <br />6. Concept Plan: <br />a.
