Since this is an existing building, foundation landscaping requirements do not apply. <br />Open Areas Landscape Standards <br />Open areas landscape standards apply to stormwater management ponds. <br />Buffer and Screen Standards <br />Outdoor storage yards require a minimum 10ft tall wall or fence of permanent materials and <br />planting and provide shrub cover for 50% of the wall or fence on the exterior side. At its <br />discretion, the City Council may approve a modification or waiver from these standards where <br />the affected lot line adjoins another industrial property. <br />A new 10ft tall maintenance free screen fence is proposed around the entire perimeter of the <br />outdoor storage area. Shrub cover is provided for 50% of the west and south lot line fencing. <br />Buffers and screen standards appear to have been met but will be further reviewed by the <br />Environmental Coordinator and Board. <br />Boulevard Tree Standards <br />Boulevard tree standards do not apply to industrial properties. <br />Sod and Ground Cover Standards <br />All areas not otherwise improved in accordance with the approved site plans shall have a <br />minimum depth of 4 inches of topsoil and be sodded. <br />Tree Preservation and Mitigation Standards <br />Tree preservation and mitigation standards will be reviewed by the Environmental Coordinator <br />and Board. <br />Signage <br />A Sign Permit Application and sign plans shall be submitted for any wall or ground mount <br />signage. <br />Impervious Surface Coverage <br />The GI, General Industrial zoning district allows for 75% impervious surface coverage.
