Per City Code Section 1007.052(7)(b): <br />In no case shall the amount of off-street parking provided be less than one-half of the amount <br />of parking required by ordinance. Per City Code Section 1007.141(9)(h): The storage area does <br />not take up parking space or loading space as required for conformity to this chapter and is not <br />located in the front yard. <br />Parking requirements are not met.
