The existing standing seam metal roof and lap siding will remain <br />on the building. Exterior building material performance standards are met. <br />The trash and recycling enclosure will be located within the 10ft tall maintenance free screen <br />fenced area as allowed per City Code Section 1007.045. Trash enclosure performance standards <br />are met. <br />The building shall meet building and fire code for fire suppression. <br />Outdoor Lighting <br />A photometric plan was submitted showing six (6) new light fixtures. The foot candle <br />measurements are < 0.4 at the property lines. Light fixtures are down lit. Lighting performance <br />standards are met. <br />Off -Street Parking Requirements <br />Per City Code Section 1007.052(6): <br />• Auto repair requires 4 spaces plus 2 spaces per service bay. <br />o Three (3) service bays are proposed which requires 10 parking spaces <br />■ 4 + (2x3) = 10 <br />• Office space requires 1 space for each 200 square feet of floor area. <br />o The site plan indicates 1,720sf of office which requires 9 parking spaces <br />4 <br />
