Consider Resolution No. 25-19, Accepting bids, Awarding <br />Construction Contract <br />ii. Consider Resolution No. 25-20, Approving Construction <br />Services Contract with WSB LLC <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting Council's consideration to accept bids, award a construction contract, and <br />approve a construction services contract for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On December 9, 2024, the City Council ordered the project and authorized the advertisement for <br />bid for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project. The street project is in conformance with the <br />City's Pavement Management Program and Capital Improvement Planning. The Pavement <br />Management Program evaluates the condition of the roadways and provides recommendations <br />for maintenance for the City's entire network of roadways. The proposed improvements are as <br />follows: <br />Mill and Overlav (approximately 1.25 miles <br />• Coyote Trl and Ct <br />• Fawn Ln (south of Birch), Beaver Trl, and Muskrat Run <br />• E. Shadow Lake Ct, White Birch Ct, and Red Birch Ct <br />Rid Altarnatac <br />1. Linden Ln (0.3 miles) <br />2. Red Hawk Trl (0.1 miles) <br />3. Thin Overlay of Orange St, Eva St, Olive St, and Maple St (0.82 miles) <br />The bid alternate is advancing part of the 2026 Street Rehabilitation project. The project area has <br />been prone to water system breaks thus gate valves and water system repairs are being replaced <br />as part of the project. <br />
