Our project understanding, scope of work, and proposed fee are listed <br />below. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />We understand this project includes final design and construction administration services for <br />landscaping and irrigation of the interior portion of the roundabout proposed at the intersection of <br />Centerville Road and County Road J, which is being designed by SEH. We understand the <br />roadway construction project is planned to be bid in March of 2025 and will be constructed in the <br />summer of 2025. We understand the roadway design drawings will include hardscape plans for <br />the roundabout apron, locations for electric conduits, and irrigation conduits to be used for the <br />irrigation to be installed as part of the landscape project. The design of the roundabout <br />landscaping will follow the guidelines listed in the "Lino Lakes Gateway Planning" document <br />dated June 2024 and will mimic the design recently installed at Hodgson Road and County Road <br />J in the summer of 2024. <br />II. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />A. Project Management <br />1) Consultant will provide coordination of staff resources to deliver the project. <br />This includes managing the scope of services, budget, and schedule to align <br />with the professional services agreement. <br />2) WSB will facilitate a virtual kick-off meeting to review project goals, budget, <br />and schedule. <br />2. FINAL DESIGN <br />A. Coordination with Roadway Project and Stakeholder Reviews <br />1) Coordinate with roadway design consultant to obtain current roadway design <br />CAD files, provide guidance on conduit locations, and ensure that an <br />adequate water supply is located and provided by the roadway project for <br />water reuse from the stormwater pond identified for the water re -use <br />irrigation system. <br />G1.Clients All\Lino Lakes\Proposals\2025 Roundabout Landscaping\Centerville & CRJ Roundabout Landscaping Letter Proposal .docx <br />
