CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-34 <br />APPROVING 15T AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />MNSPECT, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City entered into a professional services agreement with MnSpect, LLC in <br />2020 to provide Building Inspection services on an as needed basis to support City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, to provide redundancy, with the inspections department and maintain service <br />levels during peak business periods the City is proposing to the services available for use; and <br />WHEREAS, MnSpect, LLC has proposed to provide back up Building Official and <br />Commercial Plan review services <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />1St Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with MnSpect, LLC is hereby approved, <br />and City staff is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 101" day of March, 2025 <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
