The build condition capacity <br />analysis has an overall LOS A during AM and PM peak hours thus meeting ordinance. <br />There are no delay or queuing issues identified. <br />Sidewalk will be installed by the City along Market Place Dr from Lake Dr to 77th St/ <br />Marilyn Dr. There is also sidewalk along Lake Dr in the development area.
